Skill and Fitness Level
This is an Advanced level tour for Level 3 Fitness, so you can expect continuous days of 40km distance and 1000m of climbing. You should be an experienced mountain biker, comfortable on most types of terrain and will have the skills to ride moderate technical features, such as small rock gardens, small drops, roots and faster sections. Your guide is an expert and will be very happy to give you some bike skills training to help improve your confidence and your enjoyment of your ride. If there is a section that you would prefer not to ride, there's no shame in walking sections of difficult tracks. The Peak District is the home of rocky descents that will be sure to spread a giant grin across your face. This ride is  intended for advanced mountain bikers that are happy to take on the technical rocky descents.
